Welcome to our cozy, art-filled studio in Duncan, Cowichan Valley. Whether you're here to relax or explore, it's the perfect home base. The suite is beside our home, with full privacy. Enjoy a deck, hammock, and year-round private hot tub. Inside, full-equipped kitchen with granite counters, a propane range, and a bar fridge. It sleeps four with a queen Murphy bed and a queen loft bed, both with organic sheets. Stay comfortable with radiant floor heating, a rustic fireplace, and AC for summer.

Our bright and cheerful suite is one bedroom with a double sofa bed in the living area. It is fully furnished with a full kitchen, complete bathroom facilities and washer/dryer. The suite is totally self contained with its own private entrance. Linens, towels, shampoos and utensils are provided together with coffee, fresh cream We are at the foot of Mt. Tzouhalem (Zoo-Halem), a popular hiking/mountain biking and walking destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Our suite is inspected and legal.

Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

In a quiet suburban neighbourhood, a renovated, modern, clean suite with: 1 private BR w/ 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 bathroom w/ tub, a full kitchen, and a laundry room. A five minute drive to downtown Duncan. There is a private entrance with a patio, and a parking spot outside your door. A heat pump, and a carbon and HEPA filter air purifier are installed for climate control. The tv has Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+. We are a small family who lives upstairs. A stay at the Granary comes with a tour of the Keating farm if you choose! Our guests have loved learning about the history and future of the farm. The cabin is designed for a cozy place to unwind, relax and be your Cowichan home base. The light filled farmhouse with cathedral ceilings has exquisite pastoral views of Glenora (Valley of Gold). No wonder it is called Golden Valley House! Visit the farm-to-table restaurant by day (Friday-Sunday from Mar-Sept.) or stargaze at night. Watch the farmers tend the vegetables while you cook up a meal in the spacious open kitchen. Biking and hiking trails and swimming within minutes. Family friendly! Vineyards close by, too. Hot yoga classes available on the farm, too.

Ideally located to explore the Cowichan Valley’s scenic trails, award winning wineries, and vibrant local scene - making it the perfect base for both relaxation and outdoor exploration.

Mount Tzouhalem Lookout

Welcome to our listing and the Cowichan Valley. We overlook Quamichan Lake, and are located midway between salt water at Maple Bay and the city of Duncan (each are a six minute drive away). We are also midway between Nanaimo and Victoria (1 hour drives). For bikers and hikers the Mt. Tzoulhalem (Kaspa Road) trailhead is 600m away (we provide bike lockup). Our rate is for 2 guests. Additional guests are $50 per night. Sorry, we're not child-proofed.
