The house is located in the unspoilt village of Tayport, a locals-only spot with small beaches and marina. Shops, cafes & restaurants are only a five-minute walk away, but the private road feels peaceful and secluded. Join Fife coastal path from the end of the drive. Scotscraig (open qualifier) is in Tayport. St Andrew’s is just 20 min away.

Situated close to Dundee city centre, fantastic base to explore Dundee and the surrounding areas, with excellent transportation links. The fantastic newly opened V&A Museum and Dundee Waterfront is only a few minutes drive. Close to lovely fishing village of Broughty Ferry, with its beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants. Golfers would be delighted with both St Andrews and Carnoustie a short drive away.

We love our chic city centre penthouse apartment which is perfectly located and has spectacular river views. There are numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars within a 15 minute walk, with the nearest less than a minute away. The V&A Museum is a 5 minute walk and bus and train stations are less than 10 minutes walk, and so a car is not essential, but there is an allocated parking space if you come by car. Public EV charging is available nearby (less than 5 minutes walk).
