Sleeping 5 in a double room downstairs and a triple room upstairs with a beautiful shower room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. The cottage has a log burner and an open plan kitchen diner, with doors that open onto decking at the rear. There are 2 pubs in walking distance, a great play park and coastal walks to enjoy. We do not provide or allow car charging at the house. Public chargers are found in Montrose.

WaterSide is a spacious 3 bedroom house in Broughty Ferry by the beach with private parking, located by the river Tay next to the Lifeboat station with spectacular views of the river. The center of Broughty Ferry with all its amenities is a few minutes walk away as is Broughty Ferry Castle and sandy beach. The Fishermans Pub and the Ship Inn are a minutes walk from the house. Pets are welcome Ideal for Holidays, Visiting Friends, Moving House, Working in area..

Free parking in driveway for up to 3 cars.
