It has also recently been listed as a Category 1 heritage building - a building of national significance. The apartments are warm, well insulated & have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob & a pyrolytic oven. The decor is is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

My place is close to the city and University with a great panorama of the surrounding harbour, hills and ocean. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. We are also pet friendly with our own Labrador Lucy
