This one bdr newly renovated is located in Avalon at Clearwater Condo Complex, accommodating up to 3 guests (1 queen size bed + 1 foldable twin size ottoman). All furnishings are new including the patio set for the covered terrace. "In unit" washer and dryer facility. The unit is on the main floor and has everything you need: linen, pillows and covers, bath towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer, coffee maker, blender, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, beach chairs and cooler.

Modern and cozy one-bedroom condo 10 min away from gorgeous Clearwater Beach. It’s comfortable, high-quality, a quiet corner of the community, very clean. It has nice and comfortable furniture, fine sheets, blankets, towels, etc. Spacious fully equipped kitchen and big shower, king-size bed, sleeping sofa & relaxing patio. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler. TVs in the living room and bedroom, Full cable, ROKU. Heated pool, gated community, 24h gym. Enjoy!

Seasalt Breeze, cozy unit, easy pool access

The Avalon at Clearwater is a gated community with a nice size heated pool and community gym. Parking space is not assigned and it’s free of charge. Location is central with short distance to nearby beaches, attractions and other nearby towns. Unit is approximately 500 square feet with a living room-kitchen open concept and One bedroom - bathroom open concept. Great access from Tampa Airport 20 minutes and 1.5/hours drive from Orlando airport
