Vintage Airstream in Florence's Heceta Beach!

Enjoy a camp setting just a block-long stroll to Heceta Beach in this vintage 1964 Airstream Land Yacht. Cheerfully renovated with cushy full bed in the front and two twins mid cabin. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker, work desk. There are two other Airstreams at camp too, if you are traveling with others and wish to have additional space. Washer & dryer, shower, a kitchenette, & of course TV and Wi-Fi make this space a perfect home base. The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.

The Purple House

This cozy special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just a short drive and you can be in Old Town Florence, at the casino, (2) golf courses and various beach selections. The Purple House is in a residential community so generally a quiet stay. The house stands out in a crowd and is easy to find. Off street, designated, parking!! (There is additional parking on the street if needed.) The apartment sleeps (4) but space is most comfortable for (2) guests.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.
