Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Luxurious 4 bedroomed house nestled among the hills and glens of the Tyrone countryside. Gortindarragh is the perfect countryside retreat for an authentic Irish experience. The large and comfortable house offers the perfect dining and entertaining space, ideal for family groups and friends . The house central location and access to the motoring network across the north/ bordering counties makes it a central point for travelling west from Dublin and East from Donegal, Sligo or Fermanagh.

Craigs Rock Cottage Cookstown

Situated on the edge of the village of Orritor, approx 3 miles from Cookstown, Craigs Rock Cottage has an ideal central location for exploring Northern Ireland. The cottage boasts green field views, two separate living areas, BT TV, open fire, free WiFi, fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 double and 2 single bedrooms. Linen and towels are provided. There's a local shop with a deli-counter providing daily hot and cold food along with a sit in restaurant just a 5 minute walk away.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

Balance Treehouse - Luxury high in the tree tops

High in the tree tops as you look out over the craggy Heather covered hills, stone ditched fields and winding narrow roads. Take a deep breath, relax and reconnect with nature. A unique hand crafted resort, boasting a natural rustic look with full modern connectivity. Accessed via a private rope bridge, a hot tub, outdoor net/hammock, outdoor shower built for two and super king bed complete with glass roof for star gazing. All fully controlled by voice commands.

The Black Shack @ Bancran School

The Black Shack is a luxurious, detail-led Tiny House retreat, with a relaxed open plan living space that features soft leather sofas and a wood-burning stove... a genuine treat after a long day exploring the local area (when you're not unwinding in the private hot tub, that is!) The Black Shack is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area. This listing is for two guests however families with kids can contact us.

Co Tyrone 2 bedroom log cabin. 1 bedroom has double bed. 1 bed room with bunk beds. with kitchen, w/c and shower, also for larger families there is a 3 berth Pod available which has a double bed and a pull out sofa. Set in a peaceful location on the blackwater river Co Tyrone. Ideal for fishing or just a peaceful Retreat. Large garden and kids play area available on grounds. Hot tub Available.

Keepers House, Castle Leslie Estate

A cut stone period two bed house, recently renovated and formerly the game keepers house, located in the heart of the Castle Leslie Estate. The house sits at the top of a small hill, with views of a lake through the trees that surround the house. Perfect for quiet get aways with friends or the family as well as those visiting for weddings and events at Castle Leslie.

Country Cottage Full of Character

If you are looking for a country retreat full of character and charm Tattymorris Cottage is it! Having built the cottage and spent many happy years here, myself and my wife have decided to see some more of the world and would love to have guests enjoy our retreat as much as we do.

The little Barn

Large, bright, comfortable kitchen/living area with log burner and cookin essentials such as salt, pepper and oil. Good sized bathroom with both a bath and shower. Good sized clean bedroom (bedding provided). Beautiful quiet countryside, perfect for walks.

“The Meadow” Shepherds Hut @ Ballymartrim Wood

“The Meadow” is a quaint, rustic Shepherd’s Hut located in a meadow at Ballymartrim Wood. The hut features a double bed, wood burning stove, gas hob, storage space, solar lighting and a patio. There is a BBQ and fire pit and a toilet close by.
