It is ideal for walkers, anglers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Access to the River Suir Blueway, close to the Waterford greenway. Approximately 20 mins drive from the towns of Clonmel & Cahir. It is also an ideal base to return to after exploring all the sunny south east has to offer or just to relax and get away from it all.

The Cosy Cow house is located in a court yard and is part of Moonavaud Holiday Village . There are two other holiday properties in the court yard which include the stables and the Farm Lodge. All have been recently renovated. The farm itself is a working beef farm. The property is close to Dungarvan and Waterford and situated on the the coast. It is a 18min drive (20km) to the historical town of Lismore. 18 minutes to the Nire Valley where Lake fishing features.
