Nestled in the small lake community of Albert Beach. Only a 5 min walk to sink your toes in the beautiful sand. Great swimming beach for kids. The water is shallow. If you like to bike, there are trails to Victoria Beach. Take a ride to the pier and the bakery. Or hike Elk Island. Sit around the camp fire, soak in the hot tub, play some games, and kick back and relax. In the winter, enjoy the Snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing and ice fishing. Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy this lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat. Our cottage features a wood-burning stove, cable TV and PVR, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed fiber Internet, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with large walk-in shower and washer and dryer. The backyard boasts a gazebo with sofa sectional and the front has a two-tiered deck with BBQ.

TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

Sleeps 8 comfortably. Linens and towels provided. Pack your food and move in! Lots of parking onsite for all your ice fishing equipment! Wood burning fireplace for the cold winter nights. Just a 40 minute drive to the perimeter. July & August are 4 night minimum. Long weekends 3 night minimum.

West Shore Retreat

Come and enjoy summer activities in the Village of Dunnottar with three public beaches: Bowling Green Park; Tugela Creek Park; and Milne Park where you will find the community’s iconic piers. These wooden structures, bring swimmers out to deeper waters and in the evenings are a gathering spot to watch the stars from. On Gimli Road you will find the popular artesian well. Matlock General store is a 5 minute drive away for minnows, tackle and basic groceries.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retro retreat. located 5 minutes away from balsam harbor, this little cottage is equipped with everything you could need for a family getaway. Enjoy a nice BBQ outdoors, a walk to the nearby park, or gather around the campfire for some roasted marshmallows.
