La ubicación del departamento es excelente, caminando puedes ir a la Machado, Centro, Catedral,Cerro de la Neveria,OlasAltas,Paseo delCentenario,Clavadista yel Faro;la playa de enfrente es perfecta para nadar y caminar. También puedes rentar bicicletas y pasear por la ciclovía que está justo frente al departamento y que atraviesa todo el malecón.
