Chapel Hill is 20 minutes, Raleigh is 45 minutes. The area is vibrant with events year-round. No parties. No smoking/vaping. No family/friend gatherings of more than 8 people total.

The house was designed with both short and long term guests in mind, providing all the essentials and amenities (and some you didn’t know you needed!).
