The eat-in chef’s kitchen is well stocked with stemware, dishes, pots, pans, 3 coffee makers, blenders, toasters, kettles, a bread maker, a popcorn maker and a crock pot. There is a whisper quiet dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, Sub Zero fridge and granite countertops . We also provide spices, olive oil, popcorn, paper towels and breakfast essentials such as STARBUCKS coffee, tea, cereal and oatmeal during your stay. The wood burning fireplace and 50 inch Smart TV (NETFLIX) are great for all. Business guests will enjoy the HIGH SPEED internet (Rogers Ignite 200 Mbps service), access to fitness, private decks and free parking. We also put in a land line telephone so that you can make local calls using a telephone rather than your cell phone. A voice activated, 50 inch, 4K high resolution TV and wood burning fireplace will make you want to stay in, but the supreme location near Lansdowne and the Canal will get you out and enjoying your day. Host speaks French and English to help you with your stay. This Glebe home is a great home away from home! It is a secure and private retreat and all yours during your stay. Great access to the Canal, shopping, fitness, theatres, grocery stores, Bank Street, Lansdowne, Whole Foods, Starbucks and the LCBO. Walking distance to Carleton University, the University of Ottawa, Parliament Hill and downtown. Very safe and vibrant neighbourhood. Well-lit entrance to the street. Sparkling clean. There is a little front deck and a larger back deck for guests to use. Lansdowne, the Canal and three city parks are just out the door but it is still nice to enjoy a drink on the patio. The" baby park" is two doors down but there is a large city park with an open air swimming pool, baseball diamond, dog park and tulips! Still have questions? Ask away. Walk to Carleton University, U of O and take a short transit ride to Parliament Hill. The Rideau Canal is out the front door. The best way to get around the Glebe is to walk but we are also very close to Bank Street where the #1 or #7 will take you right downtown. You can also walk along the Canal to get downtown. Easy walking or biking distance to Carleton University and Ottawa U. Additional parking can be provided for $30 per night. Guests must park only in the designated parking spot. (Thanks!) Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Charming Vintage Cottage Circa 1906

My 1906 little house is completely restored farmhouse that my great grandparents brought to our property during the depression. Our guest cottage is tucked away behind the main house where we live. It has original shiplap boards in the open living room and kitchenette with beautiful pine floors throughout the 700 square-foot house. There is a separate bedroom with 12 foot lofted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight throughout. We know you will feel good the moment you walk through the door.

Treathro Farm - Rural, sea views, woodburner

We are a working farm situated in a wonderful part of the Pembrokeshire National Park right on the coast. If you crave peace and quiet listening to the birds or the cows gently mooing come and stay with us! The Dairy is situated on our farmyard close to the main farmhouse with outstanding views of farmland and the coast from the large glass patio doors which lead onto the small private enclosed garden. There is direct access to the coastal path via our private farm track (a 10 minute walk).
