A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

Smart ground floor 2bd parking

Quiet self contained ground floor flat with fitted kitchen, attached to owners home. Private parking, access to south facing garden. Within walking distance of city centre, galleries of Modern Art, lively Stockbridge area with restaurants, bars, independent shops and busy Sunday market. Close to Royal Botanic Gardens and Inverleith Park .Murrayfield stadium is within 30 minutes walking distance from the flat.

The Badger's Cottage

Welcome. This is a cozy cabin-inspired apartment in the heart of Bar Harbor. Literally just a stone's throw from downtown, but on a quiet side street that goes to the water. You get a sunny (usually) porch that faces the street, a living room/kitchen (no cooktop or oven) and a master bedroom with a queen bed and a beautiful bathroom.
