Bright, Charming and Elegant in the Heart of Lisbon

The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). Cleaning is made before the arrivals and is included in the price. Beds will be made with fresh linen and we will provide one set of towels per guest. You will be able to enjoy the whole apartment exclusively throughout your stay. I will always endeavor to reply quickly to all your questions or comments. As soon as you confirm your reservation, I will be in contact to prepare your arrival and will be waiting for you in the flat to welcome you. In checkin and throughout your stay, i will be available any time you need tips about the best restaurants to visit or any other information you may like to know about this wonderful city. The apartment is cleaned by professional cleaners. I am looking forward to welcome you in Lisbon! Discover the Avenidas Novas area. Feel like a local when exploring the supermarket, antique shops, trendy decor and design stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Wander further, via the nearby Metro, just 8 minutes to the historic center. Subway (metro) is the best public transportation to get around in the city. You will find São Sebastião metro station just at the end of the street (4 min walk). São Sebastião is an hub station for red line (direct connection to the airport) and blue line (direct connection to historic center, avenida da liberdade and santa apolonia train station). There are also three buses lines nearby (3 min walk), at Av. de Berna: 716, 726 and 756. If you want to visit Alcantara area or Rua da Junqueira (Tagus riverfront), line 756 will get you there (direction east-west). If you are traveling with a private car, there is a covered car park in front of the building, with a maximum daily rate of 12 euros.

Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Woodstock Historic Artist Estate - The Pond House

Awaken to an idyllic lake view through a timber-framed glass facade. Acclaimed social realist painter Reginald Marsh's family estate is known to be unique for Woodstock with its ball shaped junipers, a pond that brackets the house, expansive lawns, a gathering of birches and 100 year old cone shaped cedar trees. In short walking distance to the center of Woodstock the secluded setting with a private waterfall bordering a public preserve as well as the attention to architectural detail is unique.

Casa del Beso: Alhambra view, terrace and jacuzzi

CASA DEL BESO The house is very authentic, with a terrace and views of the Alhambra, it was designed and rehabilitated by our father, Manuel, an architect who emigrated with our grandparents and who years later returned to his land, to our beloved Granada. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.
