The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

A charming, and beautiful cottage set within a courtyard in an idyllic ten acre woodland location. The cottage is every inch the beautiful setting for a romantic break away. The outside area of the cottage includes a raised platform & fire pit for your own use. Jessie's Hut

Our first hut (Ben's hut) was so successful, we've built another one !! Set on a working sheep farm, Jessie’s Hut has a double bed with the option of a single bunk above, giving a 2+1 format. There's a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm all year. Things to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Lead mining Museum and The Metro Centre.
