We are a private club nestled in the beautiful Catskill Mountains! We offer our lodge rooms to be rented out from May till October. Enjoy the quiet evenings and beautiful sky! we have a pool, volleyball net, tennis court, horse shoes, shuffle board, a playground, and beautiful trails. We are located only minutes from historical Tannersville and Hunter. There is plenty to do for couples or families or even a solo getaway. We are seasonal and only open thru October 12th. We reopen in May.

And the view!!!The "Cookie B" enjoys one of the most beautiful, unobstructed and unique sights to be found at any place along the James River.

The lodges will provide you with a fully equipped kitchen area, cosy double bed, bathroom with a standalone shower, storage area and a large sofa that can be easily converted to another double bed.
