We are within walking distance to the Skerwink Trail, Port Rexton Brewery, Two Whales Cafe and Fisher's Loft. Our location is perfect for exploring and discovering all the Bonavista Peninsula has to offer including hiking trails, boat tours, puffin viewing and amazing breathtaking scenery.

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Night Archer Farm is located off a quiet country road in Afton, Nelson County. It is private, but not remote. You are close to the Brew Ridge trail, wineries, breweries, skiing at Wintergreen, Blue Mountain Brewery, Devil's Backbone, golf, hiking, or driving the Blue Ridge Parkway. Hike directly from the Yurt up into the mountains!

Welcome to Trekker in Lake George, New York at the base of the Adirondack Park. Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Summer season open from (May 8 - Oct 31, 2026) and Winter Season (Jan-April weekends only). We offer one night stays! Enjoy this secluded off grid (solar powered) cosy yurt, eclectic furnishings - situated in a private forest environment. On the deck a BBQ and cooking utensils patio set are provided in summer - no water during winter season (Nov-April 30) - a small chemical toilet is provided. Enjoy the comfortable simplicity and relax in nature; sauna service available 50$.

We are 15 minutes away from New Paltz, NY, and mere minutes away from the Shawngunk Mountains in the bucolic Hudson Valley.
