Welcome to this elegant and modern room located in a peaceful guesthouse just a short drive from the beach of Durres. This family-owned villa offers comfortable accommodation for short and long stays. Set in a quiet, peaceful, and green area, it provides a relaxing environment. The safe and convenient neighborhood is close to public transport, markets, pharmacies, a medical center, bakeries, bars, and restaurants. The beach is a 10-minute walk, and the city center is 20–25 minutes on foot. Renovated in 2026, our family lives on the upper floors and is available if needed.

The area is in fantastic with lots of shop around it. All rooms has got en-suite and we have seven rooms for you to book for a group.
