The flat has a twin bed a couch that when it opens its like a twin bed too and it has air conditioner , a new washing machine , a new wardrobe , a new kitchen (oven, fridge, kitchen stove )and a new bathroom . The flat is spacious for a family ,its 2 floor,its less than 50 meters from the sea and it has a private parking space.
