On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for two people to explore the surrounding area. Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. A bright self-contained studio between Launceston and Bude with stunning rural views. Located in a secluded, elevated position between the moors and beaches of North Cornwall, it is perfect for a couple of nights away or a holiday. We have been welcoming guests for 9 years now although for the last 12 months have hosted a Ukrainian family who have now returned home.
