The condo is surrounded by bike trails, hiking trailheads, and Gore Creek. Down the street are multi million dollar mansions at the base of the mountain and along the creek.

To keep the place to its intended quietude and spaciousness, the max occupancy is for 2 guests ONLY. Please note : during winter season ie when the mountain opens till closing day , there is a 4 night minimum stay. Summer time is 3 nights minimum. (June-Sep)
