Our place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, supermarkets, and family-friendly activities. Less than 10 minutes from I-15 and Thanksgiving Point. Within 30 minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City, 40 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from Provo. Five major ski resorts all within a 50 minute drive or less. The Jordan River Trail is right outside the door, offering a great place for walking or bike riding. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

We have installed soundproofing throughout the entire space but you will hear our children off and on throughout the day. It will be quiet between the hours of 9:30p-7:30a. You may hear babies occasionally during the night.

This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
