Inside, the main living space is classic Northwoods—vaulted wood ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, plush seating, and a cozy fireplace for slow mornings and tranquil evenings. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, an oversized island, and a true coffee bar (drip, Keurig, kettle), flowing into a spacious dining area made for gathering. Step out for drinks on the large balcony with sweeping lake views or head down to the shoreline for sun and sand. Outside, enjoy easy water access via stone steps or a paved path leading to the boathouse – replete with a fire pit encircled by Adirondack chairs above - and expansive private dock. Spend your days on the lake with the included kayaks and paddleboards, then linger at sunset with a glass of wine as the water glows. In winter, nearby ATV and snowmobile trails make this an ideal year-round getaway. Explore the charming town of Eagle River, known for its cozy cafés and local dining, or venture to nearby outdoor favorites like Riverview Park, Wildwood Outdoor Adventures, and Three Lakes Winery—all within 15 miles. Back inside the house, entertainment awaits at every turn. The lower-level den is a true game-room haven, featuring foosball, air hockey, a combo pool and ping-pong table, and a wide selection of board games. A spacious bar stocked with glassware and cocktail tools overlooks a cozy seating area with a large TV—perfect for movie nights or watching the big game. After a day on the water, retreat to comfortable bedrooms outfitted with plush linens and thoughtful touches. The spacious primary suite opens to the balcony and includes a sleeper chair and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and zen-style shower. Upstairs, a private bedroom sits near a loft overlooking the main living area—an ideal quiet nook with a workspace and a cozy corner perfect for evening cocktails. Downstairs, kids will love the “bear-y” fun bunk room with plenty of space to play and a full bathroom just steps away. A sofa-bed sits just outside the bunk room as well.
