Spacious Studio Suite in Private Home

Our studio suite (the entire lower floor of our home) is only a one-minute walk to beautiful Paje Beach! It consists of a very spacious air-conditioned room with comfortable beds for up to 4 people, a dining area/workspace, and a large private bathroom with hot water. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette space with a gas ring, microwave, fridge - everything needed to prepare a simple meal. The private patio has a table and chairs overlooking our pool and large enclosed tropical garden.

Charmant bungalow en bois, avec kitchenette, salle d'eau et toilette. Le bungalow est attenant à la villa mais indépendant, avec une petite varangue et un jardinet. La résidence est située à 300mètres de la plage de trou d'eau (lagon), dans une impasse calme et un jardin plein d'arbres et d'oiseaux. L'hébergement peut accueillir confortablement 1 couple. Une banquette lit dans la même pièce offre un couchage pour 1 personne supplémentaire.

Le studio de 24m2 + son patio de 16m2 est niché sur les hauteurs de Saint-Denis à 200 m d'altitude, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Le studio est mitoyen à la résidence principale et à une autre dépendance louée en airbnb. La piscine et les transats sont partagés avec les autres locataires et nous même. Vous serez à mi chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre ville de Saint-Denis (6 km/15minutes).
