Our centrally located cottage is peaceful to relax in & recharge, but conveniently located on the main Rd to Edinburgh. City Centre is 14 miles, Airport & Tram stop 6.7miles & Uphall train station to Edinburgh or Glasgow is 1.9miles away. Motorways linking to most of Scotland are 2/3 miles away. Our home has a well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi 105mbps tested & workstation. There are plenty of local amenities too - Uphall golf course (par 69), shops, cafés, takeaways, supermarkets & cosy pubs.

This stunning 2 bedroom bungalow sits in the Eliburn area nestled next to beautiful woodland in a rural setting with it’s own extensive private garden grounds, conservatory and large driveway. Close to M8 J3 only 8 Miles (10 minute drive) from Edinburgh Airport. Train station is less than 1 km away (17 min travel time to Edin centre)

Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

This is the perfect place to stay with easy commutes to and from Livingston City Centre, Edinburgh and Glasgow with frequent train and bus links into the city centers. Charlotte Cottage is wheelchair friendly and comes complete with an open plan living room and kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, built in wardrobe, TV with free view and WI-FI.
