Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. You have all three floors of the cottage to yourself and use of a sunny bench outside in the quiet, cobbled courtyard. Breakfast options and basic supplies are included. Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.
