Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. The cottage has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and various decorative updates. Montacute is a small village and civil parish in Somerset, England, 4 miles (6.4 km) west of Yeovil. The village is built almost entirely of the local hamstone. At the centre of the village is a large square known as the 'Borough' around which are grouped picturesque cottages
