The Nest is 4 mins walk from a Bike Hire and Electric scooter hire, local shops, Bars and restaurants. Bournemouth sandy beaches are about a 10 minutes bike ride and 5 mins in the car from the Nest. Private parking space, Netflix , Hot Tub, bath, Washing Machine, Cooker, Hob, Fridge, and Sofa Bed are a few of the amenities the Nest has to offer.

The whole of the Lodge Retreat is yours to relax and unwind and includes use of your own private hot tub. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. The Lodge Retreat offers an easy self check in and check out service for your convenience.

The Stables is situated in the heart of the New Forest, ideal for cycling, walks, hacking, pubs and relaxing. We are 15mins drive from the beach and 20mins from Brockenhurst station The Stables offers a fabulous location for your stay. The bedroom has a luxurious super king sized bed. There is a cosy sitting room and kitchenette. I am dog and horse friendly, there is a small paddock. Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £15 per dog per night, 2 max. Cash payment on arrival.

A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a short 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a slightly longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm).

The New Forest (Lymington, Beaulieu, Brockenhurst) is close by. Bournemouth too.
