This traditional style country barn is nestled in the beautiful Meon Valley within minutes of Jane Austen's home and surrounded by stunning Hampshire countryside that offers extensive walking and cycling routes, and some great pubs. Within a 20 min radius are the market towns of Alresford, Farnham, Petersfield and Winchester. The accommodation is very well presented, albeit a compact kitchen/living area, with a super king size bed in the spacious master bedroom which is accessed via a twin room.

The Piggery, Henley Hill

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. After 6 years superhosting over 500 guests The Piggery has just received a full renovation for 2024 and is looking extra lovely, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Spacious and Stylish Home in Heart of Top Village

A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

Idyllic Cottage in the heart of The South Downs

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

The Folly

This wonderful building, started in the 60’s by Edward Barnsley, and was finished more recently and still remains in the family. It stands in the grounds of The Bee House, where poet Edward Thomas wrote many of his poems. The garden falls straight into the South Downs Hangars, with direct access to fantastic woodland walks with spectacular views, whilst minimal light pollution makes the night skies perfect for star-gazing. Woodrest Cabin, South Downs National Park

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Poet's Cottage, Steep - Rural Location - Sleeps 6

Poet's Cottage is set in a rural setting, located adjacent to a working farm, in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, just to the west of Petersfield. With 3 bedrooms and spacious living space, it is perfectly situated for walking and exploring the South Downs and for day trips to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Winchester, Goodwood motor and horse racing events and the beach at Hayling Island or West Wittering. Up to 2 dogs are very welcome.
