The cottage includes a hot tub, EV charger, enclosed garden and log burner. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, coffee machine and microwave.The downstairs is heated by underfloor heating. Buzzard Barn is attached to Tawny Barn which can also be booked through Airbnb. 2 extra guests at request can stay.

The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.
