Riverbank Retreat with Hot Tub Tattershall Lakes

Welcome to our happy place. Memories and dreams are made here..... We are situated on the edge of the Tattershall Lakes Country Park and away from the road on a quiet cul Dr sac. A little Riverbank runs along the back of our holiday home, you can follow it into the villages of Tattershall and Coningsby, taking in the magnificent Tattershall Castle on the way. We have 2 bedrooms. A kingsized bed with small ensuite and a twin single bedroom or can be made as a double bed. We also have a sofa bed and of course our wonderful Hot Tub/ Spa. We're fully equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing, memorable stay. Beds are made for your arrival and tea/coffee or wine/beer will be waiting for you.....

A unique holiday home, self contained with own kitchen and bathroom. Located within gardens of hosts home with outdoor seating and BBQ for your use. Located within Heacham, 20 minute walk to beach, some free parking. Hunstanton, Sandringham Estate, Holkham Hall and Wells next to the Sea, all within a few miles. All basics are provided dishwashing stuff, shower gel, shampoo soap Twin beds can be pushed together into a double. Fridge, Combi Oven, Hob,Toaster, Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

Plenty of wildlife and plants to see. 45 mins to the sunny seaside town of Mablethorpe. 20 mins to the Historic city of Lincoln and Lincoln Cathedral. Wragby is the local village with take aways and local pubs. A small co-op for any food shopping. Check-In is anytime after 2pm. Check-out is anytime before 11am.

The barn has a large bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and TV, kitchenette, shower room and small mezzanine with table and chairs. There is space to park on the shared drive.

WE ARE SORRY BUT THE CHARGING OF VEHICLES IS NOT PERMITTED. THE PUB NEXT DOOR IS OPEN FRIDAY ,SAT AND SUNDAY ONLY, TRADITIONAL BAR DRINKS AND FOOD IS AVAILABLE.
