The Barn at White House Farm 1800's 3 bed Barn

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. The guesthouse boasts plenty of amenities: mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (selection of pods supplied by us), large double bed, dining table and chairs, plenty of hanging/storage space, smart controlled heating, free wifi, TV. This space is within minutes of the heart of Lincoln City by car/public transport.

Little Walk Cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms. One double bedroom with 6' bed, one twin bedroom (double by arrangement). Bathroom with bath, basin, W.C. and heated towel rail. Separate shower room with basin and W.C. Open plan kitchen/dining/living room with Smart TV, leading to Garden Room and adjacent terrace overlooking the woods and the lake beyond. Stone floors with carpeted bedrooms. Wood burning stove (logs supplied). Oil fired central heating.

Medlam Barns is a complex of three cottages sleeping up to 18 people in total, it boasts hot tubs and a private fishing lake, set in the heart of Dyson Farming land. Underfloor air source heat pump central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden. Hot tub (private). Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. Fishing on-site.
