TBWB is a rural off grid eco retreat nestled in the heart of East Lothian, Scotland. This enchanting space is ideal for walkers, couples, and their furry companions. Here, you won't find a TV or WiFi, but we offer an extensive collection of books, games, a radio, and even an outdoor bath and new bespoke wood burning sauna for ultimate relaxation. Garden Cottage

Our peaceful cottage is located at the bottom of our garden, reached by a private lane less than 200 yards from the centre of Haddington. Haddington is a historic market town 20 miles east of Edinburgh and has good public transport to the city. Located in East Lothian and 20 minutes drive to the many beaches and golf courses. There are several restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within an easy stroll. The cottage is self-contained with private parking in a relaxed, quiet setting.

Chill Rose - Individually designed comfy cabins

Bright, warm and individually themed holiday cabins (4) situated in private gardens on the outskirts of Pencaitland, East Lothian. Ideally located on the Railway walk and cycle route 196 to Glenkinchie Distillery , Carberry, Penicuik and surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds with lovely bed linen, comfy sofa bed, en-suite shower room, fridge, kettle, crockery, table and chairs and covered seating area to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather. All with BBQ/Fire pit.

There are many activities to do all within and easy drive- golf, fishing, boating, to name a few- and Edinburgh is a 30 minute train trip away. The house itself beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The Secret Cabin

Switch off and relax at the Secret Cabin, just 40 minutes from Edinburgh. Nestled behind woodland, with it's own private bird-filled garden, the Cabin is a private haven where you can snuggle up with the log burning stove after long walks along stunning Seacliff Beach. No WiFi or TV, this is digital detox zone for recharging your own batteries. Dogs are welcome too, it would be rude not to bring them when there are so many lovely walks nearby.
