You are completely free to use everything inside it. The door has a smart lock. Prior to your visit, you'll receive instructions. There's no need for a key. We are available as needed by phone, text or email. While we live in the house on the same property, guests have total privacy by design. Oasis is a cozy getaway in the heart of the unique neighborhood of East Nashville. The loft is walking distance to quirky retailers, local restaurants, coffee shops, and music venues. Hop on a bicycle to reach Shelby Park, Greenway, and the city. Much of what East Nashville offers is within walking or biking distance. Downtown is a short drive on local streets. If you don't bring a car, Uber is a great alternative. This Loft is accessed off an Alley.

The Monkey Bar Loft 202 pays homage to the food counter located at Harvey’s Department Store that existed at 506 Church Street from the 1940s to the 1980s. The food counter was called the Monkey Bar due to the fact that live monkeys were at the bar. We cannot make this stuff up! Every stay at 506 Lofts helps someone experiencing homelessness in Nashville through our Rooms for Rooms program! The average weekend stay provides 16 nights in a bed, 100 free showers, or 30 free meals!
