Hygge House is a cosy, Victorian, mid-terrace townhouse retaining many original features. It is just a short-walk (15-20 minutes) from York Minster via either a footpath along the banks of the picturesque River Ouse, or by a short walk down historical Bootham and through Bootham Bar, one of the ancient gateways through York’s city walls. The property is easily accessible from York Rail Station (10-15 minute walk or bus ride), or by car, and benefits from free on street parking.

This is our charming little townhouse in Hull. It’s in the Dukeries area just off the bustling Prince’s Avenue, which has cafes, bars and independent shops. We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms.

Upstairs you'll find two stylishly designed bedrooms plus a skylit bathroom with a bath and rainfall shower.

Parking is available and we're very close to the station. 107 is located off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, cafes & delis. You can also rent 109 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 12. Additional £30 charge for dogs.

Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size (or 2xsingle bed) and a double bed, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside there is parking for 2 cars, an enclosed rear garden. Newly refurbished for 2022,
