Elton Guest House Family Suite

Elton Guest House is a former farm house lovingly restored by the current owner. Close to Matlock and Bakewell and attractions such as Chatsworth House. The grounds feature ample parking in our cobbled courtyard and an old lamp post and water pump on the frontage. The family suite consists of two bedrooms, one large bed sitter with a double and twin beds and a separate twin room and en suite bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. We have a large quiet comfortable home to share with you. A bright and airy double room, with its own private bathroom. Comfy lounge or conservatory can be used. We provide a light breakfast. A full breakfast can be provided with notice - at a small fee. Ample parking in front of the house and an EV charging point. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car/taxi. George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). We have two rooms on AirBNB if extra room required.

One spacious en-suite bedroom within a stone farmhouse in annexe with own entrance - situated in a village on the Staffordshire Way. Easy access to Alton Towers, JCB Rocester, Peak District, Derbyshire Dales, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. The Duncombe Arms is within walking distance. Use of breakfast room, fridge and microwave. Breakfast includes cereals, orange juice, toast yogurts. Cooked breakfasts by prior arrangement £7/head. We provide a friendly and relaxed environment.

However, having gained my 5 stars from Environmental Health I can offer you other meals at a reasonable extra charge. I'm au fait with allergens and can also cater for Vegetarians and Vegans. A double room in my lovely modern home, with use of the newly refurbished family bathroom. I live within 15-20 mins drive from Mansfield and Worksop. Chesterfield, Sheffield and Nottingham can all be reached in less than an hour. Sherwood Forest is less than 10 mins drive, with lots of nice walks in the vicinity. Easy on street parking and a relaxed homely feel.
