Fen Lodge Shepherd's Huts is close to the Suffolk heritage coast with Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh a short drive away. There are heath and woodland walks, RSPB Minsmere and a great village pub a short walk from the hut. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the comfy bed, the wood burning stove, the dark night sky and the views across the meadow. Fen Lodge is suitable for couples and solo adventurers. A peaceful rural location overlooking the market town of Framlingham, the Office is a 15 minute walk (3 mins drive) into the town, with its castle, church, pubs, cafes, boutiques and twice weekly market. It is an ideal base for visiting Framlingham and the Suffolk coast 25mins away.

This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

Within easy reach of historic Framlingham and further east, Aldeburgh and Southwold; an ideal base to explore Suffolk. Perfect for weddings at Easton Grange, Tannington Hall, Bruisyard Hall, Crowfield Hall, Little Daisy is a small, private, ground floor space equipped with everything you need. King size bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette, easy parking, private courtyard.

The Carter's Loft

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. There are numerous footpaths on the doorstep, a community cafe selling homemade cakes and refreshments (open 10.30 - 12.30 Wed - Thurs, occasional Sundays and some super evening events) plus our local vineyard. We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.

The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.

Bee Flat is located in the rural village of Sweffling, between Framlingham & Saxmundham, within easy access to the seaside at Aldeburgh, Dunwich & Southwold. This comfortable first floor flat overlooks the church. A welcome breakfast pack is provided for you to prepare. It contains tea/coffee, milk, biscuits, bread, butter, marmalade/jam, eggs, bacon & tomatoes.
