Field View Lodge is a beautifully finished 2 bed, 2 bathroom property. It's a great base to be able to explore North Norfolk, being only 15 minutes away from Brancaster beach, Burnham Market or Sandringham House. The property is within the grounds of our home and the peaceful surroundings create the perfect place to sit back, relax and switch off.

This lovely private cottage within 20acre gardens has 1 double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with single oven, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, table and chairs making it suitable for longer or short stays. The bathroom has full size bath with power shower overhead, and the sitting room 2 double sofas, smart tv and wood burner giving the cottage a really cosy feel. Guests will have access to the well known Green Island Gardens and Colchester is only a 5 minute drive away.

Welcome to our seaside chalet on a small friendly site situated in the lovely area of Kessingland. This area is great to explore. For families you have Africa Alive, Pleasure Wood Hills and beautiful beaches like Kessingland and Southwold. For quieter days out there is Snape Maltings, Minsmere and quiet towns like Beccles. But for us, the icing on the cake is the beach which is a stones throw away, tucked behind the chalet. We aim to give you the home from home chalet. 10% off a week stay.

Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

Enjoy the big Norfolk skies and wide open beaches when staying in this clean, attractive and well equipped, pet friendly end terraced chalet. 5 - 10 min walk to the beach and amenities. Towels and bedding are provided, unlimited free wifi, onsite indoor heated swimming pool (passes inc), free parking. A fully fitted kitchen including electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery needed for a self-catering family. The chalet is non smoking.

Since letting out our chalet we have been overwhelmed by all our lovely reviews and take pride in trying to ensure you enjoy your stay. This particular region of the beautiful Suffolk coastline remains unspoilt and the chalet park is right on the cliff top overlooking the sea in a non commercial park. The chalet overlooks a small green and is within 100 yards of a sea view. We aim to provide both personal and homely touches in order to make your stay a little special .

Broadlands Park & Marina offers a peaceful setting on the picturesque Oulton Broad. No83 is just metres away from the Marina's leisure facilities and the on-site bar and restaurant, and is a five minute walk from Nicholas Everitt Park; a great location with The Everitt Park Café, children's playground, and an open space for dog walking.

The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and a summer house. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.
