The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

Self-contained accommodation overlooking the river Waveney with full kitchen, dining and lounge area (including reclining sofa, smart TV and wifi), upstairs is a double bedroom with en-suite. One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. Kiln House is a quality holiday home at Snape Maltings, home of the Aldeburgh Festival, with shops, galleries. cafes, excellent pub, and plenty of free parking. The colourful seaside town of Aldeburgh is just 15 minutes drive. Interiors are spacious and sociable with the ground floor wrapping round from the living room to the dining room, kitchen and office.
