Set in the beautiful rolling East Sussex countryside, in a designated AONB, Winters Farm Cottage is a lovely retreat.  Originally the stable block for Winters Farm, the cottage has been sympathetically converted retaining some original features and stylishly modernised. With outstanding views from the cosy interior we are sure you will have a wonderful break in this peaceful cottage. The cottage is detached, self contained & set away from the owners house with direct access to public footpaths.

Bourne Farm Oasthouse is surrounded by hundreds of acres of farmland - enjoy the oasts comfy beds, cozy interior with open plan living/dining with plenty of light, the serenity, the solitude. Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

The Hideaway, a converted living van on our farm!

Starnash Farmhouse Accommodation

Starnash is a cosy farmhouse on 3 acres of land; the east side is self-contained for 8 guests. A shepherd’s hut in the garden can be hired separately (when available) for 2 more people, so we can accommodate up to 10 guests in total. If you’re looking to get away and be just off the beaten track then Starnash is the place for you. Here you are surrounded by nature & birdsong and within a few miles of beaches, woodland walks, the South Downs AONB, quirky villages and vibrant towns.

Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.
