It’s a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.

A permit is available for parking close by.

The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored.
