La struttura si trova in prossimità dei rinomati comprensori sciistici di Alleghe e del Monte Civetta, offrendo inoltre accesso a sentieri escursionistici e percorsi di mountain bike. Tutte le comodità sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti d’auto.

Please ask us directly It is very easy to reach our house, 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 from the bus and car parking in Piazzale Roma. It is 3 minute walk from Riva di Biasio and 5 from S. Tomà waterbus stops.

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går precis ovanför huset.
