With water view and access including pier and boat ramp enjoy your coffee on the deck before taking to the water in one of the two kayaks or canoe or enjoying a bike ride (4 available) to get up close with nature. Catch fish, crabs or just a sunburn while enjoying time on the water. When ready there's plenty of shopping, eating and beaching to do in nearby towns! All topped off with a sunset over the water!

Guests can also enjoy the use of a private beach, fishing, kayaks and a paddleboat!

Welcome to White Point Cottage on the beautiful Potomac — 90 minutes from Washington, DC, but a world away. The renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sits on nearly an acre of south-facing waterfront property, affording a sense of privacy along with sunrise and sunset views. We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. Waterfront Cottage w Hot Tub, Kayak, Fishing

Come relax in our delightful waterfront home decorated with classic cottage décor. Sit out on one of the two big screened-in porches, go for a swim in the shallow brackish (mostly fresh) water, take a dip in the hot tub, or throw one of our crab pots in the water and enjoy the spoils of the waters off the Potomac River. Our house is situated off the Potomac on Hull Creek, which means the water is nice and shallow for little ones to play, and there are plenty of crabs to be caught!

1891 Coastal Charmer: fully renovated farmhouse

Built in 1891, this farmhouse has been totally renovated by a professional designer. The Cottage is filled with coastal colors and accessories so it feels fun and updated but still retains the feeling of walking into a well loved family beach cottage. We are pet friendly as any beach cottage should be and love seeing our guests and their pets enjoying the cottage.
