The location is minutes to downtown Grand Ledge, the Grand River, Lincoln and Fitzgerald parks, The Ledges, The Island, Opera House and so much more...easy access to highways, MSU, State Capitol, festivals, shopping and restaurants. Enjoy spending time with family & friends with the conveniences of home minus the distractions! No wifi

Cait's Place in Grand Ledge

This house is adorable and close to everything Grand Ledge has to offer! It is cozy but still feels spacious with vaulted living room ceilings and an open layout. The kitchen offers new high-end cabinets, stainless appliances, a stackable washer/dryer, and access to the bathroom, which can also be accessed from the bedroom! This is a small 1 bedroom house, recommended for 1-2 people. However, the couch is large and there is a queen sized air mattress than can accommodate another guest or two.

The kitchen has a coffee and keurig machine. Also included in the kitchen are multiple utensils, pans, plates, cups and coffee mugs (also multiple cleaning supplies). Extra bed sheets, blankets and pillows.

Set on our 100 acre family farm that is also home to Hidden Creek Farms Wedding & Event Venue, our historic home boasts high ceilings, original woodwork and antique details that create a cozy, charming feeling. Enjoy views of the farm and fields from the wraparound porch or snuggle up in the sunroom with coffee and a good book. With so many spaces to enjoy, the farmhouse feels like home to all who enter.

Family friendly, non smoking home that sleeps 1 to 3 people in 2 beds. 2 full baths with 1 being an ensuite directly connected to rented room. 32 inch TV with Firestick in the private room. Shared spaces include a large updated kitchen, dining room, living room, and deck. Washer and dryer available for your use too! I have 2 pets - a shy cat and a small hypoallergenic dog.
