It is in a lovely quiet area of the village and is located less than 1 minute from the M74 (north and southbound access). Take advantage of the large off-street parking area (big enough for campervans) and the EV charger. Relax in the hot tub in the private garden. Sleeps three with ample space.

Watchhall Annexe is a recently converted barn, situated on the edge of the Royal Burgh Town of Annan. Attached to Watchhall House, it overlooks the Solway Firth and has views of the Lake District hills. It is within a 10-minute drive of the M6/M74 corridor on the Scottish-England border at Gretna. The area boasts lots of lovely places to eat and relax. Ideal for walking and cycling. Gretna Gateway Outlet Village and famous wedding venue is just a 10-minute drive away.
