Being just perfect distance from Thurston Park Campground, where you can observe interesting situations! You can also see Thurston Park, where kids play and swim and reunions are held! You are able to walk across the street to a pontoon rental, or drive 10 minutes to either Torch Lake or Lake Michigan! They named it GODS country for a reason! COZY as in feeling relaxed☕️

Plenty of nearby fun and central up north location is ideal for day trips as well! Kitchen newly remodeled in spring 2024!

With 4 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 10 adults, feel free to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide enough seating for everyone to enjoy home cooked meals together. Downtown Bellaire is 1 mile away, so enjoy the best of nature but still be close to the action. We are a phone call or text away for any of your hospitality needs.

Sommer's Retreat is a year round northwoods cabin nestled in the pines and surrounded by a 300 acre nature preserve. Our location is a short distance from the Jordan River Valley and within 20 minutes of the south arm of Lake Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Lake Michigan, Shanty Creek Schuss Mountain Resorts, Glacial Hills, orchards and farm markets. The cabin is a spacious two story retreat that will sleep 6 in two bedrooms and a loft. Guests have access to cabin wifi.
