Sea View Paradise is extremely beautiful sea facing house, aesthetically for personal use but is now open to guests. It has one bedroom in the ground floor and one in the first floor, and a pool on the beck side. The rooms are aesthetically designed so that you wake up with a view of the sea. A very pleasant feel with a totally relaxed atmosphere. We do not encourage bachelor parties and noisy groups. No blasting music allowed and no sticking any decorations or drinking by the beach.

Four rooms villa , one room has home theatre setup, one room has sofa cum beds which can be used as beds for sleeping, the other two rooms has beds for sleeping. Before booking plz chk room pics for sleeping convenience. No beach direct access, 500m walkable and need to cross one lane. Power cut is not usual even if it goes , max of 30mins will be back, main cable fault or transformer fault on high emergency only it will take max of 2 to 4hrs to rectify. Inverter available for lights n fans.

The refreshing breeze from the sea and the surrounding greenery makes it an ideal place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city. The neighbourhood is quiet yet close to the highway and the sea. The bedrooms are well lit and airconditioned. There is a lawn in the front and ample car parking space for more than two cars. An art village is at a walkable distance from the house.

There is a part time house keeper and a full time security. Full backup generator and invertor. Pool is cleaned regularly.
