Lift available at the property n if there’s any phase problem lift wont work but will be rectified soon. Power cut is not usual even if it goes , max of 30mins will resume back however incase of any emergency like main cable fault or transformer fault, it will take max of 2 to 4hrs to rectify. But this will happen only incase of high emergency
