The house has two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and one bathroom, a jacuzzi tub and an outdoor patio & deck. It’s located just steps from Minnehaha Creek, a short walking distance to Lake Harriet, the Grand Rounds Trail System, and several local restaurants. 1.5 miles from 50th and France. Hypoallergenic dogs welcome.

Bright, private basement suite in the Kingfield neighborhood. No cleaning or pet fees. Shared home, I live above the separate rental space along with my cats and teen sons. Located near Lake Harriet and walking/ biking trails; within blocks of great restaurants and shops. Near I35W and bus transit for access to downtown and MOA/ Airport. Suite has a single bed, full-size futon, smart TV, board games, record player, sauna, laundry. Pet friendly w/ pet supplies. Friendly backyard chickens.

THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.
