Includes a private room with a queen bed, comfortable living room with Smart TV, WiFi, & Super Nintendo. Private bath with jetted tub as well as a fully stocked kitchen & laundry. Includes a completely separate office with a desk & comfortable chair.

Warm and Friendly - 208

Welcome to my duplex I have named Warm and Friendly. The bedroom upstairs has a king bed, and the larger room downstairs also has a king bed. There is a bonus room I call the nook in the basement and it has a queen bed. The kitchen has full sized appliances with a table that will seat 4. There are lots of pillows and blankets. The loveseat in living room has a pull-out bed for a smaller person.
